Try to get her mind off of whatever is bothering her. Maybe she gets nervous when you go out, bring her favorite toy with you. Just try to stay calm, I know it's hard, & don't let her see you get frustrated because it will aggravte her more... my son hits & I just tell him no & sometimes you have to ignore them saying no because they will quit saying it after you dont respond...

My honest advice is to stay calm- like it's that easy right? No really, stay calm and firm. When is she saying no? Is she getting the most attention that way? Sometimes it's just better tell her no isn't an issue, other times it's just better to set an example by "reminding" her where to put her toys away. Biting and hitting is different, you just need to be firm- an absolute no no with no choices. If she hits, hold her hands down and tell her it's wrong. If she persists take her out of that environment- where she's not getting the extra attention. If she's hurting other kids let her have a time out. It's not very fun for her when everybody else gets to play and she can only watch. It's a normal phase all kids go through, it's just really hard to get them out of it if they learn they can get away with it all the time. I'm a mom of 7 and so far it's worked for me- well usually anyways.
