Quoting Tanya Bauer:

There is some reason the baby is crying so try to figure that out. Your kids are both old enough at 2 and 3.5 to keep themselves occupied for a little while. I don't understand what being active has to do with it. Put the babies in a carrier and wear them or when the weather gets better put the baby in a stroller and take them wherever you go. There is no way you can spoil a baby by holding them. My little one will be 2 when my next is born (in March) and she does a good job of keeping herself occupied now so that when the next one is around she isn't completely dependent on me for everything.

ive heard colic doesnt exist and is what doctors say when they cant figure out the problem, and thats all it could be, i knw her feeding pattern inside out, she has a bath with her bro at 6.30 then feeds almost non stop for 3 hours then usuallysleeps. ter cannot be a problem when she has been changed, pooed, burped up 2 6 times. plus when her dad puts her down she is FINE WITH IT. its just me so it IS her being clingy! i didnt breast feed my son and he wasnt like this... maybe thats y?

I bought the "Sleepy Wrap" sling, which has been amazing! I stick my 2 month old in that, she loves it and it frees up my hands to take of my 2.5 year old (who can have the whole house destroyed in 2.5 seconds ;-) )
