Hey did it work ? All the best, and dont worry.. the lilll ones can be fussy, but you just have to persist.

try giving him (or her?) the same food you're eating. Cook things until they're soft and put them on a plate just like you do for yourself. Give baby a fork and let him/her go at it. S/he will want to immitate you so show him/her how it's done. Make sure you cut things up small so they aren't choking hazards. Eat at the same time as baby and if s/he won't eat what's on his/her plate then try giving him/her bites of yours. Overexaggerate how delicious your food is so s/he'll want to find out what the fuss is all about.

Have you tried purees yet? Try pureeing carrot, apple and other vegetable and feeding. Because apple and carrot both are sweet, they generally eat it readily. Once he/she gets used to different texture , you can introduce other food types.
