My daughter didn't start walking until she was 16 months old...when she finally did we were so excited. She's 3 now and doesn't stop running, dancing, skipping and we look back and wonder why we ever wanted her to start LOL

Don't worry about it. My little William just started walking the last couple weeks. He is 18 months. I was a late walker myself, all the age appro. grides and graphes are just a guideline, not a be all end all to when your child should be doing things. Just encourage your daughter and she will walk when she ready. We did a lot of praising and we still do when our son decides to walk. He has figured out that it is easier to crawl than it is to walk. It is also faster for him. This maybe the same issue for your daughter.

I hope this helps you, good luck.
