My son is 19 months old and wont drink juice or water. If it isn't white(milk) then he wont have anything to do with it. What can I do? And he barely drinks out of a sippy cup. I need help. And fast!

I had the same problem with my son andhe's 22 months now. What I just recently started doing was putting his water or juice in a DIsney's Cars sippy cup and he started drinking it with no problem. I figured that he liked that movie so much that he didn't care what was in the cup as long as he got to hold and drink from it.

The first things that popo into mind is he WILL drink when he is thirsty, he may try to hold out for a bit, but he will drink.. Can you try a coloured cup so he can't tell what's in it? My daughter drinks out of a straw cup, it has a design of airplanes on the outside, you can't see what's inside it, she only knows what she is drinking by taste. If the issue is fat content in the milk he's always drinking, maybe try rice milk? It's not as fatty, and it's still white, it may fool him..

Make him frozen pops out of juice and water...if you have an ice cube try fill it, put a sheet of wax paper over the top and stick some popsicle sticks in each compartment....
