my two yearold eats all the time. is he going throug ha growth spurt now or is something wrong?

my son is eating all the time. sometimes goes as far as to eat dog and cat food. im kinda worried that hes not getting enough or hes got worms. should i talk to a pediatrician?

Try and give him more to eat at meal times and stick to just two snacks during the day. Sometimes children eat because they are thirsty and can not tell the difference between hunger and thirst so make sure he has plenty to drink. If he continues to be hungry then do take him to the doctors but I expect that he is going through a growth spurt. These spurts last about 10 days so if this has been going on longer it is time for investigations just for your peace of mind.

Yea, talk to your doctor but also, as long as he is eating decently healthy foods, like fruits, veggies, veggie chips, cereal bars, cheerios, nuts, and such, he should be okay...
