My oldest is 3 and finally decided to do it. We have a little seat to go on the potty and a step stool. We let her pick out the panties so that they were special and told her that she wouldn't want to pee in them. We also made a chart. When she went a whole day with no accidents she put a sticker on the chart and got a small present (candy or toy). Once the chart was full she got a big present. I tried using the trainer pants, but she knew that she could pee in them and since it was habit she just did. Take her every 30-60 minutes at first. Make her try. If she has an accident tell her calmly that next time she really needs to use the potty. You could also try having her teach a baby doll to use the potty. She really needs to want to do it or it won't happen. Good luck and try to stay calm!

first things, don't force it or she won't want to do it at all..each child is different and it takes time and alot of patience. I would make it a fun time for her bring her into the bathroom when you go etc..eventually she will understand and will get comfortable on her own..right now if you push her to do it she feels threatened and that will cause her to draw away from the idea..

1ST OF ALL, I GOT THE POTTY THAT MAKES 4 DIFFERENT MUSICAL SOUNDS, SO EVERY TIME MY SON #1 OR #2 HE HEARS MUSIC......
I PUT THE POTTY IN THE BATHROOM, SO HE USES IT MOSTLY WHEN I USE THE TOILET. SO U CAN TRY DOING THAT, U DONT HAVE TO USE THE TOILET, U CAN ACT LIKE U'R GOING TO USE IT AND MAYBE THAT WILL WORK 4 U. GOOD LUCK.

Good Luck and just remember it will happen eventually!!

I'm trying to potty train my son by rewarding him if he does go in the potty. He hasn't went in the potty yet, but he tries and he just sits on there forever lol

Do you have a little potty chair. Sometimes kids are scared to sit on the big one. They feel like they'll fall in. If you don't have a little one let her help you pick on out , maybe she'll be more excited to use it then.
