My daughter is 15months and she is the same way. She will get sick then the coughs and have them for a while. Sometimes theyll go away and come back a week later. But the other day i found out she had low iron and the lady said usually kids with low iron get sick easier and longer than kids with normal iron. So talk to your doctor or WIC and maybe think about getting her iron checked. Just to be safe. That might be the cause of my daughter and you're daughter.

My cousin has the same problem he little girl is always getting sick she is 3 now and has been sick a ton. My girls are 2 and 1 and they have only ever had a cold once for my youngest and twice for my oldest and ourselves not often either since we started incorporating fresh garlic into our diets at least once a day. And my girls have been eating garlic since they started solids.

Your baby will be (if not already) on solids so try and pack fresh fruit and vegetables into your childs diet. Vitamin c is a good cold buster so satsumas are great for a baby to suck on. Some children are sickly but it must be so annoying having sickness brought into your house regularly. If I was you I would talk to the mother and tell her if her child is sick that it is only fair that she keeps her at home until recovered. Or if your husband wants to see the child he should go there for a couple of hours. My daughter would come frst i'm afraid a sic baby is not funny as they take twice as long to recover. Put your foot down.

Your child may be anemic. It's a low iron deficiency. It does cause them to be sick more. If so you will have to make sure they get more iron intake. Also try to seek a physician for sure.
