They don't like hot dogs lunch meat well any meat except for chicken nuggets and sometimes fish sticks you know things that are not to good for them. I need some Ideas of what to give them I have just ran out of ideas.

MY LITTLE GIRL LOVES MASHED POTATOES BUT SHE DOESN'T REALY CARE FOR VEGGIES SO I TRY TO BE SNEAKY....TRY GETTING SOMETHING LIKE BROCCLI AND CHEESE SOUP AND MIX A LITTLE WITH THEIR POTATOES JUST ENOUGH FOR IT TO STILL KEEP THE POTATO CONSISTINCY... SHE LOVES THEM

if they love chicken nuggets, how about adding some vegetarian "chicken" nuggets, it's still protein, but not as bad for you as processed meat. shniders makes a good brand. do they like cheese? my 28 month old loves cheese strings (they are fun) and it's the way he get's his dairy, (hates milk) good luck! and if i think of anything else i'll let you know lol

My older daughter is still a very picky eater, but recently she has added a bit more variety to what she likes. Spaghetti (whole-wheat, but she doesn't know that) with a bit of butter and parmesan, Mashed cauliflower (to her it's mashed potatoes), roast pork with honey-mustard glaze, baby carrots, steamed broccoli. The trick is having them try a bit of everything and eventually they find something they like. Sometimes what it is will surprise you!
