I don't know about you, but my 26 month old wont sit long enough to go. All other signs are there for her to be ready. My two older daughters were almost three before they decided to use the potty. and when they decided to use the potty it was instant training. At this age it is too frustrating for child and parent to force the issue. When she is ready it will be a very quick process. I know, I want to be done with diapers too. Each diaper change I reiterate that when she decided to use the potty she won't have to wear diapers. I know it's not a solution, but patience will be your best friend.
