I have a 15 month old boy. at what age do I start trying to potty train? My daughter was VERY EASY she was potty trained at a year she hated to be wet. few people have said now and others said closer to 2 years old. thanks for any help

you can always try now. it's not going to hurt to start. We did elimination communication and he now goes poop in the potty pretty consitently. Peeing is another story but will go most times when he's put on the potty. I do a potty dance lol when he goes and now though he doesn't get a reward, but he did when i started. It can take a bit with boys. It won't hurt to start though. He prob won't be compeltly ready till closer to 2 years but sometimes you can get them to at least tell you when they gotta go before then.
