To potty train do not use pull ups at all. Have lots and lots of pants. A pull up is to much like a nappy to a toddler and they will just wee in it as they have for the last couple of years. Take her to the potty every 20 minutes until she pees and then wait an hour and then go every 20 minutes again. It may be that she is just not ready to potty train yet. If she is getting stressed out then wait a few more weeks and try again. The adverage age for successful potty training is about 2.5.
