My little girl is 3.5, she's been potty trained for 6 months but for the past couple weeks shes been having "accidents" 3-5 times a day. She could be standing in the bathroom and she'll wet her pants instead of going in the toilet. The last 2 weeks shes been peeing on the floor! I don't know what to do at this point.

I have a full time job so I'm not home to watch her every 2 seconds to make sure she's not doing it.

Just keep being consistent, it's a phase. Start reminding her or asking her if she needs to go every so often and if need be start taking her to go try every hour or so.
Try a sticker reward chart to help motivate her to notice and leave her for a couple of minutes in her yucky pants so she is less likely to want to feel that way again. And have her help clean up the floor. Make her responsible for her accidents.

Good luck!

This is very common and I have seen it many times at playgroup. Just reinforce the toilet routine to her again and may be use a reward chart for toilet successes. She will stop this. If you can leave her for 5-10 minutes before cleaning her up to make her feel a little uncomfortable. She will soon learn that peeing in the toilet is the better option.
