thanks for that recipe leron, when you put in the noodles, are they uncooked?? it sounds good, i love cream corn, but the hubby-not so much, so ill probably try it on a day we have leftovers, cause i know my 16 month old will eat it! ummm, yea i have a super easy resipe for ya......its chicken stuffing bake.......you start out pan fry 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, when fully cooked cut up into small squares and spread evenly in large pyrex dish, cut up broccili and carrots add to dish, stir together 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, and 3/4 cup milk-mix. then add on top of chicken and veggies. mix stuffing and1 2/3 cup water, and put that on the top, with the other 1/2 lb of cheese spread on very top and bake for about 40 minutes or so at 350 degrees until the cheese is all melted........a few steps but soooooo good.its one of my favs!!!

I love to make cheesy spaghetti corn....1 can creamed corn, 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained), 1/2 pound bag of noodles of choice (i don't use spaghetti coz it's hard for the 18 month old to eat) velveeta to choice of cheesiness. (I sometimes will add one more of either kind of corn) Put noodles on the bottom, cover with corn and cheese, cover with foil bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Take it out and stir it...uncover and cook another 30 minutes. If you're pressed for time you can put in a can of campells nacho cheese soup instead of velveeta but i like velveeta best.

Do you make the classics like Tator Tot cass and Tuna Cass? We love all kinds of casseroles too....in fact i'd love to have a few of your recipes too!
