Shifting from 2 naps to one

Does anyone have any advice (or sympathy?) about the challenge of switching from 2 naps to 1? My twins are in the in between stage and it's really hard to develop a routine. I know most give up the am nap, but mine are always tired in the am. They have a hard time making it to bed time.

my son[10 months] either sleeps in and has one nap or if he wakes up early has two naps - 10/3. it does stink to not be able to plan a day well because you have no clue if they will nap or not or when. teething really ruined our two naps, then he went back to it, now he's getting teeth again and just doing one nap. if my son doesn't nap at 10, i make sure and have lunch right at 11 so i can nurse him after and he usually is asleep not too long after. he does sleep longer if he only has one nap. my daughter went back and forth on one or two naps for about four months. i just had to go with it. if she looked tired, i'd try and cuddle her or have her "Relax" in bed with her bunny. wether she napped or not at least she rested a bit to make it through. how old are your little ones?

Totally understand how you feel! Unfortunately, there's not much we can do but stick it out. Just remember that you're not alone or the only mom going through this.
