Require her to only have it at the table. Allow it to be there all day, but let her know that she must be at the table to drink/have it. For bedtime try going out and picking a special stuffed animal she can cuddle with instead. I find that often times sippy cups become the next bottle. I found that if I require the kids to drink at the table it helps take away that bottle effect and it also reduces the amount of liquid they are taking in. Doing 2 snacks and 3 meals a day with a drink is really all the liquid they need (unless it is a really hot day). Even if it is a hot day I still require them to be at the table to get a drink.
