My 4-month old daughter was pretty much sleeping through the night, and now she's waking up every few hours with grunting and wiggling. I can't tell if she's looking for a pacifier, if she's teething, if it's a growth spurt, or if she just wants to be held. Her wiggling and grunting makes me think she's uncomfortable, but I just don't know what's going on, or how to get her back to a regular sleep schedule??

could be growth spurts, teething, gassiness? i suggest keeping an eye on her daily routine and see if shes using the potty as much as she should be (constipation), or if a certain food makes her sleep less..things like that? hymans teething tablets work great too, if you think that you notice her gums a little swollen or a tooth pushing through. talk to your doctor and they might be able to tell you. my two year old has never slept through an entire night and mostly bc shes lactose intolerant and her tummy bothers her a lot.
