My son was the upmost perfectly well behaved baby. Now he is 2 years and 2 months and has turned into a lil monster. Anytime he does not get his way there he goes into a tantrum. I have had him stand in the corner if we are ie. dr. office. Or I sit him down until he calms down. I try so hard but his anger is unbelieveable. I don't understand, any advice????

it' s not called "the terrible two's" for nothing. this is normal part of toddler behavior as your son's need for independence is growing and therefore he will test limits by throwing tantrums, crying/yelling if he doesn't get his way etc. it's a phase that does pass and although it really tests your patience, try and remain calm, respond to him in the exact same way every time, always follow through and be consistent. for example, if he throws a fit in a store because you won't buy him something, get down to his eye level and explain to him that he can't have it because {insert reason here]. if he continues to scream/cry, then tell him that he's going to go home and if he continues with the behavior, then pick him up and go home. then explain to him that he was not behaving well which is why you're going home. you may have to do that 100 times but eventually, it'll work.
