I have tried everything I can think of to help him potty train. We have been trying to potty train him since he was two. I'm all out of ideas.

In addition to that, every time he went pee pee, he got M&M's, which he loves!!  If he went poo poo, then he got a candy bar!

We took a weekend and got our 2 year old boy potty trained in that weekend.  Do not put him in pull-ups, just underwear.  Then get a kitchen timer and set it for 10 minutes.  Then every time it goes off, say "It's pee pee time!" and take him to the potty.  He may not have to go every 10 mintues, but make him sit on the potty and try.  Then once he gets good with that, try taking him every 15 minutes, then bump it up the better he does and with no accidents.  The first day we got him all the way to 40 minutes without having accidents.  By the weekend, he was potty trained, having one accident when we were at church and didn't take him soon enough.  Then we continued to set the timer for 45 minutes and go pee pee for the next 2 weeks.  After that, we would just ask him if he needed to go and now we don't even ask.  He just tells us when he needs to go.  Good luck!

My son is 2 1/2 and has absolutely no interest in going on the potty either....he is my second child and from experience i have learnt that the worst thing you can do is push them into doing something they are not ready for. When he's ready, he'll let you know!
