been trying since he turned 18 months its been a long one and he just stopped trying. I gave him a break so he doesn't feel forced and we tried again. What should I do?

hiya i have a 18month old boy called kenzie i was thinking about startin potty training this summer but have no idea were to start cuz you have already tryed was just wondering if you could help with any tips

I HAVE A 2YR OLD DAUGHTER, I BEEN TRYING TO POTTY TRAINED HER FOR ABOUT A MONTH SHE ABOUT TO BE 3YRS OLD COMING IN NOVEMBER. SHE WEARS PULL UPS DURING THE DAY N AT NIGHT I PUT HER IN A DIAPER JUST IN CASE SHE PEES THREW THE NIGHT. SOMETIME SHE WILL SIT ON THE POTTY BUT HALF THE TIME SHE DOESN'T DO MUCH TO GO FOR THE POTTY.. HALF THE TIME SHE DON'T USE THE POTTY FOR ME HER OWN MOTHER, SHE MOSTLY USE THE POTTY FOR MY MOM WHICH I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IS THIS HAPPENED..... KINDA NEED SOME HELP ON WHAT TO DO

Boys are different. My son was potty trained at two and he has weeks where he insistis on having constant "accidents". His big excitement was getting to wear Elmo underwear if he quit pottying in his pants. It actually gave him the insentive to try. Don't give up! :)
