Thresa has a good idea, but my sis was like you. She ended up having to sleep in his room for a liitle bit and got him a thomas the train bed and did the same thing with making him feel like a big boy.

I never co-selpt with my children (aside from the afternoon naps at times) but a friend of mine did. When her son hit two she wanted to try for another so she was determined to get her boy to sleep in his own room. What she did was made a huge deal of him sleeping in his own room. She invited her parents and some friends over for supper one night to help out with the process! They all made a big deal about him being a "Big" boy and finally getting his own room. She made a point of letting him take each guest to his new room and show it around.... where they all offered encouraging words and ohhhs, ahhs. He became very proud of his own room and his confidence soared! It seems a bit over the top but it worked. It might be worth a try. Hope this helps :-)

Do you mean she slept in bed with you two?  If so, what about putting a bed or cot in your room and letting her sleep there for a while?  Then transfer it to her own room.
