too early to potty train!!

hi, i am just wondering what age people think u should potty train children as my eldest daughter we started at about 2 to 2 n half, although just lately my 15m old daughter keeps goin upto toilet and saying weewee as we say all time just goin fa a weewee wen we go,
i was gettin her undressed for bath yday and we i tuk nappy off she ran to toilet saying weewee so i just sat her on toilet and said go on then do a wee, to which i was sooo shocked as she did wee lol, wen i got her off and prased her she stood there clappin saying me! weewee hehe,
so doesn't any1 think i should keep her at it and try potty training or is it too soon and should just leave her till shes older????

No keeep doing it the more she can poddy train the better, just means she is a very bright and intelligent girl. You go dad! What a smart girl you have.

I think she is definitely ready! If she is interested and understands how to use the toilet I say go for it! If she has a hard time with it than you could always try again later. It will be nice to not have to buy and change diapers anymore :) I can't wait for my son to be ready. He is 17 months old now but still has no clue!

I always thik it is best to let the child tell you when they are ready and the only person who knows that is the parents. If you think she's ready then give it a go. It's just important not to push too hard and if she's not getting it then stop and try again later.
