My Three Yr Old wakes up 2 times a night most nights and wants more juice. I was told that can rot her teeth if you put them to bed with juice. Any advice?

This has always worked for my son.. Whether I was changing from bottle to sippy cup or milk or juice to water. Whatever it is that you want her to take whether it's water a sippy cup a regular cup or milk. Give just that to her and she will eventuallly take it. My son refused water for a while so I gave him water in a bottle and sat it down for him to get whenever he was thirsty he kept trying it and trying it and didnt want it, he cried for something else, but I didnt cave and after 3 hours of it he finally drank water only for the first he was 11months than! Now he is 20 months and I have used this method to transfer him from bottle to sport sippers to regular sippy cups it takes some work but he eventually got it. Just dont cave in. She amy even thow fits in the middle of the night but it's not good for her. Maybe she needs soemthing heavier than water and that's why she is waking up at night asking for juice. Try giving her a snack and a glass of milk just before bed to make sure she has a full tummy.

No juice. Only water. If she resists, try diluting her juice at first, half water, half juice. Over time add more water and less juice. It's not only bad for her teeth but her body too. Having a spike in blood sugar during sleep times isn't healthy. I only allow my children water after dinner, no exceptions. Makes me pretty unpopular at times, but I'm the parent.
