What are some easy/healthy and quick dinners I could fix for my 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 yr olds for dinner when Daddy and Mommy arent going to eat until later?

Both are fans of most vegetables and mainly like chicken and steak...not big on pork yet!

Spaghetti is always a big hit when we have all our niece and nephews over. I always add grated carrots to the sauce and green beans or salad on the side.

Easy Chicken Bake

1 1/2 lbs chicken cut into bite size pieces

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/3 cup sour cream

1 16oz bag frozen mixed veggies, thawed

Make the stuffing a directed.  Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a lightly greased 9x13.  Top with the stuffing.  Bake at 400 for 30 min or until chicken is cooked through.

really quick and easy are pita pocket sandwiches- my 18 month old loves turkey or hummus on his.  then i just give him a few berries or cut up grapes and thats it.  another idea is noodles with veggies and cheese.  i use mixed frozen veggies and add them to egg noodles and then grated parmesean cheese.  it only takes about 10-15 minutes.
