I need a break I feel like I am about to explode and my family is not around. They actually live in another country and I dont have any close friends here they either moved away or I dont feel comfortable leaving my kids with my single friends. Don't want to burden them either? Help I need some mom support!!!!!!!

Thanks for all the ideas guys just having others identify with me helps. I will look into those things especially the church. I live in Miramar Florida so if anyone is local or have play groups please give me a heads up.

I know I totally understand how you feel. I moved in January of this year hours away from my family & my husband is a Marine. So to say that he is out of town would be an understatement. I knew for months only how to get to the stores where I needed to get necessities & that was it. I began feeling depressed only dealing w/ the day in & out of taking care of children & home. I finally started getting memberships to everything locally that I could just to get myself & the kids out of the house (like the YMCA, the zoo, & a local science/education museum). I also found a church that I felt comfortable with & got involved. Anything that would give me some conversation & interaction w/ someone above the age of 3 that made me feel connected & human again. Hope you find what you are searching for. Good Luck!

The other thing you could look into would be a mum's group in your local area. In Australia we have an organization called Playgroup and it's were you go and with other mums and the kids get to play with kids of all ages. It is a good break and yu may just make some wonderful friends at the same time.

I know it might be different in another country but here in the US in my neighborhood there's a church that has a mommy get away program and for like 2-3 hours a day, 3 days a week they will watch your kids for like here is $150.00 a month or so.. that's an Idea 2 look into... I'm sorry but that's all I can think of.. my husbands military and I am the main caregiver of my son but at the moment I have my mom that lives in the same city as me so she helps when I get to that point!! but next year I wont have her when we move away! so I dont know what I'd do
