What do you suggest for kids who regress back to bedwetting?

My son is about to turn 4 and he has been dry for a little over 6 months now... all of a sudden he's back to wetting the bed. I know stress can do it but a 4 yr old should not be stressed out! What are your suggestions for helping him get back into the "dry" routine?

hey My daughter after she learned to stay dry she started having the same problem so after brushing her teeth and getting her ready for bed i would sit her on the toilet until she pee & if she wasnt able to i would just wake up in the middle of the night get her up and take her to the bathroom to pee untill she got used to it i also dont let her drink too much water before bed

Has your little one started going to play groups, nursery, school or spending time with other relatives? My eldest, now 4yrs 4mths, started having accidents when she first started nursery in January, it stopped after a few weeks and started again when she got into trouble for being cheeky to her teachers. Again after a few weeks it stopped, until the end of summer term when they started taking the kids into the "big school" to meet their new teacher. She was better over the summer break, but started again over the first week of "big school". She's fine now she's settled, but it only takes little things to stress her out. A little upset in a childs routine can wreak havoc. Just be patient and consistant and he'll get back to normal soon enough. :)
