What is considered "whole some" for a 2 year old?

So I have a 2 year old who basically nibbles all day. She eats lots of fruits and yes lots of chicken nuggets and gold fish. Now she will nibble on supper especially each night but my sister-in-law made a comment about that not being "whole some" How exactly whole some can you get when you have a 2 year old though. Terrible 2's usually involves picky eating or am I just wrong??

just be careful of salt content and artifical colours and flavour these are the things that really are not good for such young children - or children of any age - try not to give her the same things all the time just because you know she's going to eat them try introducing new flavour and textures you won't know if she likes them until she trys and always eat together if she sees you eating them theres much more chance so will she good luck!

Feed your child what you would like to feed her! Every parent is going to have a different point of view, and some will get down-right nasty if you don't do it their way. Just remember, YOU are her mother. And 2-year olds tend to be really picky eaters. My son won't eat a sandwich unless it's cut a certain way. As long as she's eating enough without over-eating, you're doing fine. Tell your sis-in-law that all children are different, and that's just what your daughter will eat right now. Unless your sis-in-law is willing to pre-make and freeze all of your guys' meals for you throughout the week, she REALLY has no say!
