In england we are advised by health visitors to used boiled cooled water til the age of 1 years. And to watch artifical softened waters too.

Ive used tap water from practically day one and shes perfectly fine and the dr said there no problem with that.  Of course it probably depends on where you live and how your water is.  I would just talk to you pediatrician or who ever and make sure, but I could almost bet that it is safe to give to you child.

Well i would say that tap water is fine from one year same as bottled water because of the minerals found in them are to harsh for their system... but every lil one is different...

I believe its fine after six months. Doctors etc, normally advise you to sterilise all bottles and use cooled boiled water up until their 6 months and then after that, normal tap water and soap and water bottle washing are fine.

I bottled fed my baby from the begining.  I used tap water from day one to mix the formula in.  The doctor said that was fine.
