If you have been eating cows milk products, then I doubt she has a sensitivity to it. Cows milk should be fine. 2 of my 3 children were sensitive to cows milk and soy and I eliminated them from my diet for 4 to 6 months of nursing. But, by 9 mos. of age they had both outgrown it and I weened them to straight (organic) cows milk.

hey,, i weaned both of my guys before their first birthday and they both went onto whole cow's milk and were great with it. what i found worked best and beautifully, neither of my boys had any problems or protest to weaning was i gradually cut out their daytime feedings and replaced them with milk and snacks and i let them keep their favorite for a little longer, my oldest was his morning boob and my little guy was the one before bed. It took about two weeks but it made for a much smoother and less stressful transition.
