anyone has any suggestions on keeping a baby sleeping in one position instead of wriggling all around the cot and waking himself up?

Our place gets rather warm during summer and we dont have aircon..but we do have a floor fan...what we usually do is turn the fan on full blast (level three) and blow it against the wall and not directly on our little boy at nights

thanks Anita he's 6.5mths and is rolling around. I have him in a grobag but still he manages to wriggle around the cot turning 180 degrees and back again in his sleep. You may be right that the room temp may not be right - too warm, but do not want to leave the air conditioner on as that dries up the air - will look into other options, thanks for the advise.

u cant really get a toddler to sleep in one position...how old is your baby?..is he or she rolling yet?..if yoru baby doesnt roll yet then u can still swaddle him/her but if he;s moving about then u might want ot get a nap sack...its great for keeoing them warm without giving them an extra blanket..i guess u have to look at the comfort of your baby at nights..is he too hot/cold...I know i move around alot if im not comfortable..not sure if this has helped...
