Pregnant with trips that share placenta (stories please)

Hi ,I had my first ultrasound at 10 weeks, it's then I found out I was having spontaneous triplets; total shock, I cried overwhelmed with emotion, I seen them all three in one screen shot, it felt like a miracle but it's scary, the doc guessed right there about the sacs, two shared, one fraternal. I spent about 10 minutes with the doctor he said I had to go to a specialist, that they delivered twins sometimes but not triplets. My second visit gave me a little more info, they said the twins shared a placenta and the singleton had its own. I got a consult...higher risk of gestational diabetes , higher risk of preclampsia. I asked if my size would be a problem, I'm 4"11, he said the babies will find room and no I didn't need to triple my dose on prenatal vitamins. I had my third visit a few days ago and found out they're all boys☺I had a daughter who's currently 3 so I got email both now, but my visit followed more news, I failed the first glucose for diabetes and they were mistaken about the two placenta, all three of them share one. They told me about TTTS and talked about laser surgery if they developed it. Explained how closely linked my babies are, if one goes in distress, basically they all do, one heart rate drops, he affects the other. So far they seem to be okay but I'm scared, any stories to let me know what I may be up against or sucesses. I'm currently 16 weeks medical jargon I have monochorionic triplets with monoamniotic twins and a singleton
