i am in the same boat as you are i have 3 year old girls and 19 month boys. it never seems to be quiet in my house. all i can say is always try to stay calm and dont let them get the best of you. you have to remember that it wont be that bad for very long there is a light at the end of the tunnel. good luck

I strongly suggest The Baby Sleep Solution written by Suzy Giordano. It's geared towards parents of multiples, so unlike most books, it actually relates to your life. We sleep trained our twins with this method when they turned 7 months old but wish we'd started WAY earlier. The method is in the middle of harsh and easy, so it's not like leave them there and just let them cry cry cry. My son pukes when he cries really hard, so we had to change some things around to suit his weak tummy. Eventually, we got to the point where we just had to let him cry/puke sometimes to learn.. It really didn't take long to get them in their beds for 12 hours every night. I am now sane thanks to this book. Seriously, I have time to myself every night before getting a good night's rest. Giordano has sleep trained triplets and quads, so it should relate to your crazy life! I got it used for about $12. Hope that helps!!

Remember, YOU ARE IN CHARGE! =)

Are you doing it all by yourself? Do you have help? Ever get a break? B/c that is definitely part of staying sane.
