Weight Loss on the RUN, but it's FUN!

If you are lost and have tried several workouts and many many diets plans with no results....PLEASE, don't give up....I almost did and I decided to give it one more approach, I am a working mother of the 3 and was just ready to give up and learn to live with my new self, but i looked in the mirror one day and started crying and i decided at that moment i wasn't ready to give up i knew i could do it so i designed my own workout and diet and I have currently lost 58 pounds... i weighed 193 Pounds and currently weigh 135 Pounds!
