I am currently following the weight watchers points plan and have been for about a year. It worked so well the first time. i am down to the weight I was when I got married and am very happy with it, but I am having trouble continuing because of my stupid sweet tooth. I do very well during the day at work..I even pack a bag with the food I allow myself to eat out of. The problem is when I get home while cooking dinner. i have a 5 year old and 16 month old so getting dinner ready can be a hassle. My husband doesn't get home until an hour after me because of work. Anybody have any ideas that would curb the sweet tooth with our using alot of points?

I have that same problem, I eat anything I get my hands on after 7pm. I am 20 pounds over weight and can't seem to shack it. My boyfreind is a big help to me... He prepares healthy snacks for when I do my nitely eating. I hate cooking ,and fig it easier to grab a bag of chips or something like that. I sleep better when I eat veggies before bed. Maybe this will help you.

Try chewing sugarless gum.  It's got the sweetness you may be craving and it sticks with you a lot longer.  After all, you can't eat if you're chewing gum.

Try a Fiber One Chewy Bar. They seem curb my sweet tooth. It is 2 points and has 9 grams of fiber. They have different flavors, my favorite is the oats and chocolate. Hope this helps.

when I was working it was easy for me to loose wieght but now that I am a stay at home i am struggling. I always ate the same thing for lunch and breakfast and had a huge salad (mostly lettuce w/ vinagar for dressing) at lunch and saved all my points for dinner. I bag of the butterless popcorn is pretty low in points. if you like popcorn, that might be a good snack for you. I am doing horrible on the prepaackaged snacks right now. my thought is if one tastes good, the whole box is better. ahhhhhhhh

I've only been doing the Weight Watchers program since September, & I'm down 30 pounds. Even after taking a little brake for Christmas. I have a HUGE sweet tooth!! Weight Watchers has snack cakes (I've found them at Kroger and WalMart, I'm sure most grocery stores carry them) that are only a point. They are small, but they taste so good that it usually takes care of my sweet tooth. And, they are only one point. There are also Smart Ones frozen meals with Weight Watchers points on the box. They have some great ice cream deserts, some for only two points. Not only do I have a sweet tooth, but I LOVE to snack. I get the low fat Nilla Wafers, 4 cookies is only 1 point. That's been a huge help too. Hope some of this helps!

I have the same problem with the sweet tooth. It's definitely a huge factor in why I'm not back to prebaby weight. I've changed my evening sweet to a bowl of fat free vanilla frozen yogurt with grape nuts on top. I really like it and I'm gettting some of my daily fiber.
