13 year old daughter and refusal to go to school

Hi everyone

I'm new here and kinda stumbled across this site
I am struggling with my 13 year old daughter who is constantly begging me to take her out of school and to homeschool her.
I work full time. My husband goes away to work 10 days in 10 days out.
I have an 18 year old daughter who has just started university
i asked over and over again what is it about school that she doesn't like?
It's the school, teachers, friends etc...

She is a competitive dancer and is front of people on stage all the time. But when it comes to talking or going to school she is quiet. Withdrawn and shy
She has friends but feels like she is isnt involved with them enough at school. She feels left out.
I tell her to talk. Get involved but she keeps saying she can't. She isn't outgoing and I can't make her
I feel for her so bad. She cries almost every night and day before school.
I talked to my husband and I think maybe she needs some type of medication for anxiety or stress??
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
