My 16 month old daughter has randomly started wakin up in the middle of the nigh screaming It has been happening for 3 weeks or so. She has been a gOod sleeper up to now but she just wants to get in my bed (not some thing I do) she is wide awake so its not night terrors. She is ok during the day and usually will go to bed no prob but wakes up about 2am I can only seem to settle her by cuddling her any help would be appriciated. X x x

If she is still taking naps during the day, maybe shorten them. Or if she is taking 2, knock it down to 1. She may be getting to much sleep during the day?
