2 years old and wont sleep!

My almost 2 year old is very restless throughout the night, he wiggles and wines pretty much all night. He'll wake up in the middle of the night for milk (he drinks milk like it's going out of style). Does anyone else have this problem? I feel like I'm going nuts I need sleep like ASAP Hlep!!!
