40 lbs 60 days??

Okay. I am 23 yr old female and I'm 5'3". I weigh about 170 right now.. I had a baby April 2014 and the weigh just never left me!! I HATE it so much. It gets to me more than it should.. I am such an introvert too. I feel like I look like **** 24/7. My social life, relationship, sex life, everything, has gone down the drain.. I don't even wanna get out of bed some days because I feel so down and depressed.. My brother in law is getting married in 60 days. And of course, I'd like to look good!! I don't want to be self conscious the whole time. I wanna feel confident that I look good. Who wouldn't?! Anyway, I have no vehicle right now. And I am a stay at home mom. So I am home 80% of the time with him. I have a treadmill. But that is it when it comes to workout equipment.. Can someone give me some tips on weight loss and SIMPLE meal plan(s) that I could start on?? Seems like everything I look at is some complicated meals that I'd rather not do! SIMPLE! That's all I want.. But I have more than enough time to workout from home. And I am not expecting to lose 40 lbs in 2 months, that's extreme... But I would like to atleast try! Tips?! Suggestions.. Thanks in advance! :)
