This is not our first baby but this one has proven to be a challenge to conceive. We miscarried at 10.5 weeks Nov 1, chemical pregnancy Nov 30th. I was 5 days late this cycle, negative hpts, "period" did show but has been different and light and almost done after only 4 days which isn't normal for me. I just feel pregnant. My breasts have gone up 2 cup sizes and aren't getting smaller (for starters, that only happens to me when I have been pregnant, it's not a PMS symptom for me AND you would think by now they would be returning to normal as AF is pretty well done) I am exhausted, eyes burning kind of tired. Peeing more than normal and I look more pregnant at the end of the day than my friend who is 23 weeks. (this is baby #6 for us - we lost #5 - so bloating this early is normal) I've done my math and IF implantation didn't occur until the max 12 days I am still within the window of hcg levels being too low to stop AF completely and register on an HPT. Am I nuts? Has anyone else experienced anything like this and found out they were pregnant? I know people argue pregnant symptoms vs pms are very similar but for me there is quite a difference. Anything, just please be gentle :)

I went and had blood work done and it's negative. My doctor is wonderful and said we had to do both bloods and an ultrasound. So, I have an ultrasound for next Thursday the 22nd and I am terrified it's going to show no baby. I am very aware how crazy it sounds that I still think there is a chance I am pregnant but these symptoms are so real. Doc doesn't think it's in my head but could be hormones acting up from the stress over the last few months. I wish I wasn't so scared. We want this baby so bad....I know, it's greedy as we already have four healthy children....but there was a fifth and I just feel there should be a fifth so it's hard to think I'm empty.....especially with how I feel and how my body is changing.

I think you have to wait and see or go to a doctor to diagnose your symptoms. We don't know your body, your history. You do. Could be you're trying too hard, are stressed over everything that's happened, and/or have false pregnancy. Get more rest, exercise a little more, make sure you're healthy - whether or not you're pregnant.
