6 days late, but negitive test from doctor, could I still be pregnant?

Hi Ladies,

Some advice is needed.
My period is nearly always on time, last month it was a couple of days late. Then I had another at the end of the month that lasted 2 days.
By by App I am now 6 days late for this one, I have chronic back pain, sore breasts & am seeing brown spotting. I have a funny taste in my mouth & am weeing every 5 mins but I think that's a water infection & the doctors giving me antibiotics, do you think I could be xxx
