8 month old feeding schedule

My name is Angela and I am a first time mom. My baby girl is 8 months old and I am very lost on to set up a schedule for feedings. I am scared I am not giving her enough nutrients during the day since I am giving her less of the formula.

Does anyone have advice on what their feeding schedules look like during this stage?

Thank you so much ♡

Right around this time our babies are becoming developmentally capable of a 2-3-4 nap routine/schedule. It looks like this:
Baby wakes in the morning at whatever time works for you. 2 hours after waking she goes down for a nap. Nap is anywhere from 1-2 hours long. Baby wakes from nap and stays up for 3 hours. Back in bed for second nap. Typically a longer nap, 1.5-3 hours. Baby wakes from second nap and stays up for 4 hours. Then back in bed for the night.

Feeding should be 4-5 times per day, so if you feed when she wakes up, between each nap, and right before bed, you're probably doing okay. If she still seems fussy/hungry during the day then you can increase the amount at feeding, or work in one other feeding time. You should try to introduce some soft/pureed foods to get her used to new textures and flavors, but she should still be getting most of the nutrients from formula until 1 year.

Her formula is still where she needs to get the bulk of her nutrients. I never did formula, so I can't give you ounces or anything... I 'think' my schedule fed girls were nursing 6 times in 24 hours at that age in addition to eating food 2 or 3 times/day. My son was nursing 10-20 times in 24 hours at that age and NOT eating food... except maybe once a day at the most (his choice).

Feed her when she's hungry and stop when she's full.
