I've just noticed that my baby daughters left foot seems slightly bigger than her right one. It feels a little 'puffy' on the top just before the toes. When i try to rotate the ankle it feels stiff and doesn't move freely like the right foot. Also when i set her on her feet her left foot seems to curve inward. She can move her toes and is in no pain with it but i am concerned. Can anyone help?

Unless it has gotten slammed in a door, I doubt it's sprained. As long as she feels no pain, and it's not turning different colors she is ok. Many children's feet (or foot) turn inwards a bit. When it is severe it is called clubbed foot. Her doctor would have noticed this and tried to correct it by now. My niece could put the bottoms of both her feet on her diaper, between her legs! I was concerned but she grew out of it. If it starts turning blue, purple, really red, take her to a hospital. If not don't worry babies are very flexible and instinctively know what's bad for them.
