9 month old waking every 2 hours

Hey moms out there. .. my baby girl is waking every 2 hours. If I'm lucky I'll get 3 hours of sleep. She has 6 teeth already. Possibly teething a factor. I'm feeding her solids and a bottle before bed. She should be plenty full. I'm at my wits end. Help.
