After a long feeding baby is not satisfied

Now , my baby is 8 week old. I am giving him breastfeed from his birth. In early days I spend 15 min on each breast but he was unsatisfied then I consult with doctor and he said he is not gaining proper weight so try with formula feed in his 3rd week but he felt uneasy after drinking formula and split some portion of the milk at the tym of burping so I stoped it and continue with breastfeed. Doctor suggest me to give him long feed without stick with clock. He started to demand after 20 to 30 min. He suck d milk and swallow and empty my both breast but still hungry as well as not taking a single nap in day. It is too difficult to nurse him and handle house work. I never pump my breast. Should I start formula feed???

The more you nurse, the more milk you will make. Definitely do not time your baby at the breast. Let him nurse as long as he wants and as often as he wants (even if he just nursed 20 minutes ago).

Don't worry about the housework right now. The baby is more important. Perhaps you can get a baby sling type of thing to wear your baby if there is a chore you REALLY need to get done.
