I need a new bra, I've tried a few different kinds. I just cant find one that doesnt hurt or rub or poke or squeeze or sag. I have never been properly sized for a bra, I'm sure thats some of the problem.. So i do intend to start there. Where can i get sized for a bra? Or can i do it myself? If so how?

And once i am sized appropriatly, is thete a bra anyone would recomend? The bra size i wear now is a 38D (larger D, sometimes DD, depending on the bra) i know im thicker but there has to be a bra that doesnt cut into my sides. Or tug on my shoulders. I need something comfortable, that looks nice, and provides support. Any suggestions?

I wads interested in the Genie bras and the aah bras but there are so many bad reviews, i think i'll save my time and money.

Go get fitted by a professional. Do not go to places like La Senza, they have no idea what they are doing!. Go to a boutique.
I am a 34 G and the bras that I found are the best are Fantasie and Panache. Fantasie is definitely my favorite brand. They are pricey, but totally worth it. (And bra's are always cheaper on line, so I find a bra that I like in the store and then I go online and buy it lol)

First of all get fitted by a proffesional it should be free at any good bra store or Lingerie store ....

I am also a larger cup and find Oroton , Elle Mcpherson , Triumph and Berlie all make comfy and beautiful bras , personally I think it is important to spend a little extra on a GOOD bra after all it is going to be giving you support , I would say of all the bras Triumph is the most supportive .

Generally once you get firtted you will be able to find a bra that fits in every way .
