Any suggestions on night potty training? should i wake her up?

No. If she is still wetting her bed at night, put training pants on, and don't let her drink 1-2 hours before bed. Kids need their sleep.

Nope. Let her sleep. Every kid is different.

My girls were out of night time pull ups at 4.5, but started out having about one wet bed a week (each.. twins) and gradually went down to once every few months. The last wet bed was at 8.5.

Then you have my almost 4 year old son who has been potty trained day and night for about 14-15 months and has only had one wet bed ever.

Our ped doesn't even consider treatment until the child is 8 and many kids wet up until even the preteen age. Totally normal and not worth messing w/ much needed sleep.
