Is it safe to use baby walker for babies.. my girl is 7 months, she has started sitting on her own and stand with help .. I have heard baby walkers are not good for babies as they give extra pressure on there knees and damage their knees if they sit in it before time..Plz suggest ..

They are not good because walkers interfere with the baby's natural gross motor development. They can, in fact, delay crawling and walking in a child due to this. If you google Baby Walkers Developmental Delay there are a wide range of articles discussing this issue.

I have also heard that they arent good thats why we never had one,our son also walked on time. I personaly wouldnt use one.

I have never used a baby walker with my children and they have all walked either early or on time.
