I've been pumping for the past 11 months now and have started transitioning my baby to cow milk and almond milk. she has been constipated for the past 2 weeks now. I've noticed her stool is hard like rock and greenish, yellowish .. She used to poop every day and now she poops every other day. (Last week she only pooped 1 time within a 3-4 day period )Unfortunately , my milk supply has dropped dramatically and I'm being forced to supplement with cow milk. I don't know what to do about the constipation . HELP !

Well at 11 months you could add some prune juice to whatever you do give her to drink. She really should be on an infant formula if your milk supply has decreased until she turns one. However since you have already transitioned, a week or two won't make much difference. Is she getting enough fruit and veggie in her diet? Personally I have always found that it is better to fix the situation from the top going down, and avoid the use of suppositories or enemas. If an ounce of prune juice in her link or water does not help, you really should discuss it with her pediatrician.
