My baby umbilical cord fell off after 4days of delivery, and my baby is 3weeks old now, how will i know if the umbilical cord has finally heal up? please I need a reply.

By now it should be pretty healed. If it is raw, bring baby to doctor to look. If there are scabs, leave them.....they will eventually fall off.
