my baby birth weight was 2.380kg now she is 5 month old and her weight is 6.150 kg i cant provide her breastmilk i am giving her cow milk from her birth bt i am tence about her weight. she is gaining slowly so which solid foods help in weight gain? can you please give me the answer.

Firstly, you should not be giving her cows milk. If you can't breastfeed, she needs formula. Cows milk is not giving her the nutrients she needs for optimum development and in fact would be depleting her iron stores, which can have long term implications. She needs iron fortified formula (especially given her small birth weight, she probably had very small stores to begin with).

Given her birth weight, 6.150 kg at 5 months is perfectly fine. My daughter was 2.2kg at birth and she was around 6kg at 5 months and perfectly fine. Her weight is not a problem.

But stop giving her cows milk. It could be doing her harm.
